Well  I have finished one of the end trucks today... well mostly, still a couple more holes to be drilled but it holds onto the rail now. I may replace the 1/2 bolts holding the fixed bearings on but it would only be for looks and more lathe practice. Here is a photo of it.

So now I just have to do it again minus two bearings. Then I get to tackle mounting the rails and gear racks, working on the Y axis mounts, mount the servo drives and gearboxes, limits, control cabinet. etc... Lots More to Go.. :(
